This policy explains how StevLink, operated by StevMich Solutions, reviews refund requests for mobile data bundle purchases and wallet-related payment records. It does not create a guarantee that every request will be refunded.
1. Failed orders
StevLink may consider a refund after verifying that a paid order failed and that the applicable provider did not deliver the purchased bundle. Eligibility is assessed using StevLink’s payment, wallet, order and provider records.
2. Delayed or processing orders
A delayed or processing order is not automatically eligible for a refund. StevLink will first check whether the provider can still complete delivery. Customers should not place the same order again while its outcome is uncertain.
3. Delivered orders
An order that StevLink verifies as delivered is generally not eligible for a refund. If a customer believes the delivery record is incorrect, StevLink will review the available order and provider records. Rights required by applicable law are not limited by this policy.
4. Incorrect recipient number or network
Customers must check the recipient number and network before placing an order. A bundle delivered to an incorrect number or under an incorrect network selection entered by the customer is generally not eligible for a refund because delivery cannot normally be reversed after provider submission, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
5. Duplicate and uncertain orders
StevLink will reconcile an uncertain provider outcome before issuing any refund. Where a duplicate charge is confirmed, it will be reviewed against the underlying order and payment records.
6. How to request a review
Send a request to support.stevlink@gmail.com with the account email or phone number, order reference, recipient number, network, amount paid and a short description of the issue. Do not include passwords, payment PINs, full card details or one-time codes.
7. Review and processing
StevLink verifies the payment and delivery outcome before approving a refund. If a refund is approved, it may be returned to the appropriate StevLink wallet or original payment route where that is available and permitted. The method and timing depend on the payment provider, verification outcome and applicable requirements; no fixed processing deadline is stated.
8. Contact and governing law
