These Terms of Service govern use of StevLink’s website, customer accounts, reseller features and mobile data bundle services. StevLink is the customer-facing platform operated by StevMich Solutions, subject to confirmation of the registered business name. By creating an account, funding a wallet or placing an order, a customer agrees to these Terms.
1. StevLink services
StevLink provides an online platform for customers and approved resellers to view available mobile data bundles and submit purchases for supported telecommunications networks in Ghana. Availability, price, network coverage and delivery depend on the applicable network and service providers. A displayed package is an offer to submit a purchase request; it is not a guarantee that a provider will accept or complete delivery.
2. Accounts and account security
Customers must provide accurate information and keep their login credentials, one-time passwords and payment details private. An account holder is responsible for activity completed through their account. StevLink may investigate or restrict an account where it reasonably suspects fraud, misuse, inaccurate information or a security risk.
3. Wallet funding and payment processing
Where wallet funding or card/mobile-money payment is offered, payments are processed through the payment method presented at checkout and may involve third-party payment providers. StevLink does not ask customers to share payment PINs, passwords or one-time verification codes through support channels. A payment or wallet credit is not treated as complete until it has been verified in StevLink’s records.
4. Data bundle orders
Before submitting an order, customers must check the selected bundle, network, price and recipient number. StevLink may verify the order and submit it to the relevant provider. Delivery may be immediate or may be delayed by provider processing, network conditions, maintenance, verification checks or other circumstances outside StevLink’s reasonable control.
Order status information is provided through the customer account when available. A submitted order should not be treated as cancelled merely because delivery takes longer than expected.
5. Recipient numbers and customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for entering the correct Ghana mobile number and selecting the correct network. Once a valid order has been submitted to a provider, it may not be reversible. StevLink is not responsible for a bundle delivered to a number supplied incorrectly by the customer, except where required by applicable law.
6. Delayed, unsuccessful and disputed orders
Customers should retain their order reference and contact support if an order appears delayed or unsuccessful. StevLink will review the order record and available provider information before deciding whether an order is successful, still processing or eligible for a refund under the Refund Policy. Do not submit the same order repeatedly while its outcome is uncertain.
7. Reseller responsibilities
Reseller features are available only to approved resellers. A reseller must market StevLink services accurately, keep customer information secure, avoid misleading pricing or claims, and comply with applicable laws and these Terms. A reseller remains responsible for numbers and orders it submits through its workspace or approved integration.
8. Support and communications
For account, payment or order support, contact support.stevlink@gmail.com. Customers should provide the relevant order reference where available and should never send passwords, payment PINs or one-time codes to support.
9. Applicable law and changes
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ghana. Payment-related services and customer protections may also be subject to applicable requirements administered by the Bank of Ghana and other competent authorities. StevLink may update these Terms when its services or legal obligations change. The effective date of this version is October 15, 2026.
